Title:Senior Reporting Analyst

Responsibility：
-To keep track of monthly by door performance and provide insightful deep dive analysis on non-performing doors to all brands.
-To work closely with brand team, Business Development team and CDC team to develop cross brand best practice, benchmark and KPIs, in terms of fixed assets investments, leasing commercial terms and OPEX structure optimization.
-To build up a centralized platform on FSS annual budget, rolling estimate and LRP process to ensure channel growth are in line with management expectation.
-To support Brand BPA on FSS new door expansion and existing door renewal approval process and post store opening performance tracking.
-To coordinate with regional/Corporate retail finance team on implementing Corporate initiative and strategy in FSS channel development.
-To prepare ad hoc analysis as requested by management. 

Requirement：
-2 years working experience in relevant fields;
-Graduates from Business School.
-Be numerate, analytical and with the ability to work independently, and willing to go extra mile to reach challenging goals within tight timelines.
-Familiar with retail industry business process is preferred.
-Proficient in excel is a must.
-Good communication skill.
