The Annual International Symposium held by Human Resource Management Department of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics aims at advancing knowledge in the field of OB&HR and building a global network for researchers. Every summer we invite distinguished and emerging scholars around the world to discuss their latest research, inspiring further academic thoughts and collaborations. The Annual International Symposium has become a prominent academic event in the field.

About COB SUFE 上财商学院简介
上海财经大学的商学教育始于1917年，是中国最早开始进行商科教育的专业性高校。经过百年的沉浮，得益于“立足上海，放眼世界”的国际化战略，优秀的海内外师资不断聚集从而推动商科教育的水平。近年来，上海财经大学经管类学科水平无论是国内标准还是国际知名科研排名中均处于全国领先地位。上财商学院先后获得AMBA国际认证、中国高质量MBA认证（CAMEA）、AACSB国际认证。
在2016年第四轮全国“工商管理”一级学科评估中，上海财经大学工商管理学科在240个参评高校中评估等级为A；根据武汉大学2016年中国研究生教育一级学科排行榜，学校工商管理学科排名率进入全国前5%；其中企业管理二级学科在国内高校排名居于前列，该专业方向在各种学科排名中，均处于前10%，是学校工商管理优势学科方向。
近年来，学校科学研究更是大突破，取得一系列高质量研究成果，包括在国际国内顶尖期刊上发表论文和具有重要影响的著作。根据美国德克萨斯大学达拉斯分校全球商学院科研能力排行榜（2012-2016），学校论文发表数位列全球第128，中国（不含港澳台）第5；根据U.S.News全球最好大学经济学与商学学科排行榜（2017），学校全球排名第192，中国（不含港澳台）第7。
上财商学院以“国际知名、国内一流的商学院”为目标，以“厚德博学、大气谦和、传承创新、经济匡时”为价值观，以“培植商业人才、研究商学、领导商人、构建和传播商业文明”为使命，期望通过人才培养促进商业经济繁荣，通过思想传播引领商业道德进步，从而推动商业文明和经济社会的协同发展。
