Title: Associate Strategy Director

Location: Shanghai

Key Responsibilities:

In essence, the main orientation of this Associate Strategy Director is to lead the strategy team in understanding theirclients’ branding needs, and creating and implementing strategic branding recommendations. In particular, this role needs to: 
1. 
Lead project teams in analyzing strategy planning issues and developing strategic thinking, brand strategies andmarketing plans.
2. Translate brand strategies into creative marketing recommendations and ensure the quality of all strategy deliverables.

Top 3 Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have: 
1. 8+ years branding/marketing experiences 
from management consulting firms, market research firms, 4A agencies, or in-house branding are highly preferred. 

2. Big picture thinker with attention to details, strong people management skills, strong analytical thinking approaches and skills, data interpretation, and presentation and writing capabilities in Chinese and English. 
3. Bachelor degree in a business and communication related major; MBA/Master degree is a plus.

Position 2

Title:Tools & Equipments Purchasing Deputy Director

Location: Shanghai

Company Scenario

Our client is one of the world’s leading automotive equipment suppliers, specializing in four major vehicle systems: Seating, Interiors, Exteriors, Emissions Control system.

Key Responsibilities:

In essence, the main orientation of this Tools & Equipments Purchasing Deputy Director is to make strategies, lead and mentor his team, develop partnership with suppliers to support company’s business expansion target.

In particular, the main responsibilities of this position are to: 

1. Analyze business trends, elaborate, formulate and implement Global strategies within the given perimeter

2. Identify and execute levers for cost reduction through panel management

3. Management by monitoring : develop evidence of performance model

4. Secure the Gross Margin level on tooling

5. Adapt the supplier panel footprint to the BG strategy (offshoring, sourcing in Asia) and adapt the T&E organization and resources accordingly

6. Develop a real partnership and lead negotiations with the supplier panel 

7. Discuss the general agreements concerning the biggest suppliers (payment terms, yearly bonus,..)

8. Coach and mentore the team

9. Team work with Engineering (PoC) and Manufacturing

10. Reprentative of the T&E commodity for some events and workshops

Top 3 Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have:

1. At least 15 years work experience, automotive industry background ,in plastic part would be a plus, product/process/program experience acquired through Engineering, plant experience is a plus

2. Bachelor degree, with Engineering related major, MBA is a plus

3. Ability to interface effectively with cross functionnal teams, in a matrix and worldwide organization, decisive, cost conscious achiever with a consistent record of meeting established goals, relationship management skills with proven strong leadership ability

Title: China Sales Head

In essence, the main focus/orientation of this China Sales Head role is to developing and implementing strategic plans to expand the wholesale and retail sales through authorized dealer network in China. In particular, this role will be responsible for:

Be responsible for implementation of Dealer/Distribution Network Management structure in China; develop, and implement strategic plans to ensure optimal market coverage and maximum performance of the dealer network.

Key Responsibilities:

The position is primarily responsible for control, develop, implement HR policies, programmes and system for the Asian Region as it pertains to Human Resources activities within the group/pision. Provide management guidance to site HR managers within the region.

l Recommend and ensure the implementation of Human Resources policies, programmes, procedures through local Human Resources Managers. Monitor administration to established standards and procedures.

l Recommend and maintain an organizational structure and staffing levels to accomplish company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership, strategic direction, and coordination for all manufacturing and administrative activities including Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain/Logistics and Human Resources.

Ensure consistent management of costs and the development / execution of process improvements in manufacturing productivity and effectiveness.

Manage and assure processes for lean manufacturing techniques, quality, cost reduction, complete and on-time delivery, safety and customer satisfaction.

l Manage and oversee production operations and departments and resolve operational, manufacturing, and facility problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays and to meet future growth objectives.

Position 6

Title: Head of Customer Quality

Location: Shanghai

About the Position:

Define, develop and lead the customer Quality Area as part of Quality department. Establish all relevant functions which are evaluating customer perception on Quality and Quality performance of product in order to measure results and generate input for new programs and drive the continuous improvement process for current programs. 

Key Responsibilities:

l Lead the establishment of the Quality System and the documentation. Coordinate the input with all the departments. Lead the certification activities. Implement relevant actions to maintain and improve the quality system; 

l Establish the vehicle quality feedback process for vehicles in customer hands. Drive the improvements into the vehicles with all included departments; 

l Establish an internal test and evaluation process for vehicles to reflect customers requirement as an internal measure to maximize our customer’s acceptance and appreciation; 

l Establish the feedback loop on customer satisfaction according to all relevant measuring methods, like J.D.Power, NCBS.etc Drive the continuous improvement process. Develop and establish a process to predict customer’s satisfaction according to all relevant different measuring and comparison; 

l Develop in close cooperation with Sales/Aftersales the service quality concept and lead the process in execution; 

l Benchmark competition and establish customer’s perceived quality requirement. Actively work with styling and engineering to include these into new program definitions. Lead the approval process for serial parts approval with regard to look, touch and smell; 

l Responsible for target achievement of all customer related metrics (warranty, customer satisfaction, etc.) 

Requirements:

l Expatriate preferred – local talents to be reviewed; 

l European product calibration on perceived quality; 

l 10-15 years of total professional experience in different quality function (or quality functions with Aftersales) of a major Automobile Company; 

l Ideally cross functional experience with OEM (Purchasing, Engineering, and Manufacturing); 

l Has to be familiar with automotive benchmark processes within his different roles and responsibilities for the company; 

l Need to develop an own vision on defining his/her customer quality area according to the company’s business model; 

l Familiar with different global markets and its customer’s requirements and perception of Vehicle Quality;

Title: Assistant Manager, Publication and External Communication

In essence, the main orientation of this role is to analyze customer experience on internet and build ecosystem roadmap to implementation. The main responsibilities are as follows:

1. Corporate communication strategy development:

-Contribute to the corporate communications strategy in Greater China with focus on publications and external communications; implement related activities and monitor the results. 

-Develop company publications concepts in Greater China including the annual report and company publication and other format of external publications. 

2. Stake holder and vendor relation management:

In essence, This role is primarily a HRD positions, the main task is to manage all aspects of human assets, detailed responsibilities are as following:
