Chen Zhijun Won 2017 "Special Commendations Award"

Recently, Human Relations, an international second-tier journal, named the "Best Reviewer of the Year" in 2017 and 2 "Special Commendations Award" reviewers. Chen Zhijun, a teacher at our College, stood out in many reviewers and won the "Special Commendations Award".


Human Relations has conducted evaluation on reviewers in terms of review quantity, quality and speed each year since 2005 and awarded the Reviewer of the Year Award to one or two expert peer reviewers with outstanding contributions. This year, Chen Zhijun from our college and Mark Learmonth from Durham University, UK won the Special Commendations Award together.

Chen Zhijun


Professor at Department of Human Resources, School of International Business Administration, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He graduated from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and received a PhD in organizational behavior. His research interests include leadership and employee motivation, work partner influence and staff performance, multidimensional and hierarchical theoretical research.


In recent years, he has published a number of papers in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Organization Science, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Personnel Psychology and other world-class and well-known journals successively. He is currently a member of the Editorial Board of Asia Pacific Journal of Management, Human Relations and other journals, and a invited reviewer for Journal of Applied Psychology, Organization Science, Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, Journal of Organizational Behavior, etc.
