The Career Development Course for 2016 MBA Students Held

The career development course for 2016 MBA students, organized by the COB Career Development Center (CDC), was successfully held in late August. The course consists of three parts, including pre-class career assessments, in-class lectures and the after-class “report-consulting-assessment” session, etc. The three-day course ended as 80 students completed the after-class assessment. In the future, COB will continue to provide services such as career development lectures catering for the need of students and the change of the workplace.

The design of this course embodies some distinct characteristics--it is the combination of classic academic theory and the latest workplace experience; it is the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis; and it is the combination of one-way teaching and two-way class experience. In the course, teachers have also led students to boldly explore the grey areas and ethical dilemmas at workplace, and to figure out the probability of success or failure and the reasonable range.
