丁浩员，香港中文大学经济学博士，上海财经大学讲席教授，全球南方财经研究院院长，商学院副院长。为国家社科基金重大项目首席专家，入选多项国家级人才计划，入选上海市社科新人、上海市曙光学者、东方青年英才等5项省部级人才计划。其研究成果发表于《经济研究》、《管理科学学报》、Journal of International Economics（2篇）、Journal of International Business Studies（2篇）、Journal of Law and Economics 、Journal of Development Economics、Production and Operations Management等国内外权威期刊60余篇，多项成果获中共中央、国务院主要领导肯定性批示，获教育部科学研究优秀成果奖三等奖、浦山学术研究奖、张培刚发展经济学青年学者奖等多项学术奖项。现任Journal of International Money and Finance编委会成员、China Economic Review副主编、China & World Economy副主编；兼任上海市世界经济学会副会长、上海市科技经济融合发展学会副会长，为致公党中央经济委员会委员，致公党上海市参政议政委员会副主任，政协杨浦区第十五届委员会副秘书长、经济委副主任、常务委员，致公党杨浦区委副主委。根据经济学研究机构IDEAS按照RePEc数据进行的排名，是全球排名前5%的经济学者。
