The KPMG Markets team works to strategize account §or program, manage client relationship and pursue opportunities and convert. By doing so, we are trying to bring leading insights and innovative solutions to clients in our market.
Now three sector teams within KPMG’s Markets are looking for self-motivated candidates to drive new relationships within our Industrial Manufacturing, Life Sciences, and MNC groups. Candidates will be responsible for driving business within one of these sectors by building new accounts and improving existing client relationships. This Business Development position will connect client needs with KPMG delivery teams and building the overall sector capabilities.
---Drive new business with existing clients while developing new relationships, primarily for Advisory services such as Management and Risk Consulting
---Engage and communicate directly with internal stakeholders to catalogue skillsets, move forward projects, and connect with global account managers and lead partners to coordinate the go-to-market approach for your sector and your accounts
---Prepare account and sector reports for review by local and global management
---Existing China working experience in one of the following sectors: Chemicals, Life Sciences, Industrial Manufacturing, or large MNCs
---MBA grads with 5-10 year work experience is preferred
---Fluent writing and verbal communication in English and Mandarin with a third language preferred
---Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
---Highly motivated to deliver results to the right standards and targets
---A good team player with the ability to deliver efficient working outcomes and overcome challenges even under pressure
---Specific skills in commercial strategy, operational efficiency and familiarity with professional service lines a plus.
