职位一：Finance Intern – Shanghai Disney Resort

Shanghai Disney Resort is seeking a Finance Intern to support SHDR’s financial reporting and business analysis needs.  Reporting to the Finance Manager, this position will contributor to the completion of monthly reporting and support for financial analysis.

Main responsibilities:

Typical responsibilities include:  

1、Assist with month-end close process

2、Perform balance sheet account reconciliations

3、Analysis of month/quarter/annual financial reporting to executive leadership and corporate

4、Analysis of month/quarter/annual special purpose reporting to meet external requirements, e.g. SASAC reporting, statutory reports, etc.

5、Ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

6、Provide overall support to the department

Required Qualifications:

1、Current university MBA /  Master（研一/研二） student with major in Accounting

2、Eager to learn and work well in a team environment

3、Proficient language skills in both English and Chinese, oral and written

4、Proficient with Microsoft Excel/Word/PPT

5、Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail

6、Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills

7、Can provide at least 3 days each week

8、Can work for at least 6 months

职位二：HRIS & C&B Intern

Position  :   HRIS & C&B Intern

Department :   Human Resources

 Reports to (Title)  ：HRIS Manager  

GENERAL ROLE DESRIPTION:

This position is responsible for maintaining employee records in SAP and other HR Systems, providing a broad range of end-user support of the SAP system and other HR systems, required to routinely partner with technical and functional teams across the team to ensure the effective delivery of integrated system and process solutions; assist a variety of compensation & benefit related operational activities.

Position Responsibilities

1、Responsible for maintaining employee records and status change in SAP and other HR systems

2、Responsible for extraction, gathering data, data analysis to support business processes.

3、Prepares statistical summaries and special reports from system on regular analysis

4、Work closely to support various HR and Payroll team members in a collaborative process

5、Assist with team for providing support of HR system implementation in China

6、Maintain and assist in processing of new system module by conduct testing to ensure validity and integrity of the HRIS data

7、Support healthy pursuits event/actives coordination

8、Work with C&B team to assist in annual merit planning follow-ups

9、Providing support to annual tax filling      

Requirements:

1、Fluent in Mandarin and English

2、Excellent written and verbal communication skills

3、Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with focus in HR or English

4、Demonstrated computer proficiency within a Windows environment.

5、Strong MS Office skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, SAP, etc.

6、Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment

7、At least 3 days availability weekly

1、Previous HRIS related experience preferred

2、Previous experience with SAP or other HR System preferred

3、Excellent oral and written communication, customer service and interpersonal skills

4、Demonstrates analytical skills
