职位：业务发展经理（若干）
工作地点：上海、深圳
工作职责及要求：
Responsibility
1）Develop new customer and maintain the customer relationship, achieve sales target；
2）Evaluate and integrate the customer management system，optimize the BD channel；
3）Build and maintain the effective customer relationship, get the trust and respect from the customer；
4）Promote and sell the program based on the schedule and BD plan;
5）Develop more customer resources through the OEP, source and focus on the development of key account；
6）Carry the task of quotation, negotiation of contract and agreement finalizing under the instructions from line manager;
7）Coordinate with project delivery department to deliver the service to the customers;
Requirement
1）Marketing or management major, bachelor or higher degree, MBA preferred;
2）The experience with management consulting or training BD or KA management is preferred;
3）Strong learning, analyzing and communication skill;
4）Be highly motivated and engaged;
5）Proficient English;
