On July 20, Prof. Guoqiang Dai of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics accepted the invitation of Wu Xiaobo Channel and deliver a speech together with Prof. Thomas Sargent, winner of Nobel Prize in economics, at Lujiazui Shanghai center.
