On October 26, the 2022 Shanghai Regional Business School Dean's Association and Director of MBA Center Information Exchange Conference were successfully held. More than 50 deans, professors, and scholars from more than 20 schools of management in the Shanghai area participated in discussion “The responsibilities of the VUCA business school.” Wei Hang, COB Associate Executive Dean of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and Director of the MBA Center, and Xu Songwei, Executive Director of the MBA Center were invited to the conference for sharing their views.

The conference was organized with two sub-sessions. The inaugarul session focused on “Business School development challenges and responses in the context of global change.” Wei Hang, COB Associate Executive Dean of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, shared the current development challenges facing the business school under the theme of “New patterns, new challenges, new responses.”  Hang shared his thoughts from the perspective of theory, model, and practice on how to promote the construction of business school creating a new system of business education and so on.
