This year marks the 20th anniversary of the global introduction of the ESG concept. In the context of global sustainable development and China’s high-quality growth, ESG has become a key driver of economic transformation and innovation. The ESG30 Young Scholars Program (2024-2025), initiated by Caixin Think Tank and the China ESG30 Forum (ESG30), and jointly launched with Orient Securities, aims to address key issues in ESG practice. The program provides systematic support to young scholars with professional expertise, innovation, and leadership, promoting the integration of ESG theoretical research with practical application to explore and shape new economic paradigms.

Through a rigorous review process, Professor Wang Wenbin, Head of the Operations Management Department at our college, was selected for his research project, "Incentive Mechanism Design and Digital Green Decision Optimization in Sustainable Supply Chains." The selection considered the project's originality, practical and academic value, professional capability, diversity, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
