Recently, Dr. Zhang Xin, Assistant Professor in the Department of Human Resource at College of Business of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and her research team , published a paper titled "Getting Under the Skin? Influences of Work–Family Experiences on Personality Trait Adaptation and Reciprocal Relationships" in the top-tier international journal Journal of Personality and Social Psychology (JPSP). The paper was honored with the 2025 Rosabeth Moss Kanter Award.
The 2025 Rosabeth Moss Kanter Award is an international honor jointly established by the Center for Families at Purdue University and the Center for Work & Family at Boston College. It aims to enhance awareness among scholars, practitioners, and consultants of high-quality research in the field of work and family. The award does not accept applications, and the selection process is highly rigorous—typically involving evaluations by more than 70 academic reviewers from around the worldwho evaluate more than 5,000 articles published across 60+ English-language academic journals. The award is dedicated to sharing practical and impactful insights from outstanding research with business leaders, offering valuable guidance for policymaking, program development, and organizational practice.
