ENOn August 20, BOYA Rostrum invited Mr.Kan Zhidong CEO of Fortune Link to discuss the theme of “the past, present and future of Private Equity Fund in China”. Students and alumni of EMBA, MBA and EDP attended this lecture.
Mr.Kan has served as executive director of Securities Association of China, President of Securities Association of Shanghai, Vice chairman of Shanghai Stock Exchange, director of Shenzhen stock exchange and the first president of Shenzhen venture capital association. As the leader of Chinese venture capital industry and securities industry, Mr. Kan reviewed the development of private equity fund in China, and shared his personal experience with guests.
In the lecture, Mr. Kan analyzed the status of Private Equity, which focuses on State-owned venture, industry investment, Broker and privately-owned investment. In addition, he discussed the development and change of current Private Equity, the trend of the development of PE investment industry. He pointed that the necessary conditions of PE investment organization are brand, achievements, effect and Investor confidence.
After hearing Mr.Kan’ s sharing, many students said they benefited a great deal.
