On September 28, 2014, “Shang Xian Tang” lecture was held successfully. Mr. Ke Tong, Secretary of Youth League of Human Resource and Social Security Bureau and Director of Entrepreneurship Guidance Center of Hongkou District, was invited to make a speech on “How Can Entrepreneurs Take Advantage of the Support from Government”. He talked about how entrepreneurs make effective and rational use of the government policy and support for their own entrepreneurial projects from the government perspectives. In addition, more than 20 investment institutions were invited to offer their comments on entrepreneurship projects, which attracted about a hundred entrepreneurs to the lecture. The event gave an opportunity for idea exchange between entrepreneurs and investors.
