Recently, all students of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics EMBA 2014 Shanghai Class 1 went to Pengxin Group, Hainan Boao Platinum Bay for four-day action learning, in this action learning, Prof. Zhang Yinjie combined with the group case and taught the students the course of "Corporate Governance".

The students also carried out heated discussion on the "Corporate Governance" course, Prof. Zhang Yinjie's teaching and the students’ brainstorming was like a gluttonous feast of thinking that benefited everyone greatly. All the students all affirmed the learning achievements of this activity, and hoped that in the future learning there would be more opportunities to enter the enterprises, and integrated the listening and teaching, learning and practice organically.
