On April 18~19, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics EMBA "Boyue Classroom" Session 2 was carried out successfully. In this session, the course "Corporate Governance" is jointly taught by Mr. Ge Wenyao, former chairman of Shanghai Jahwa, Mr. Wang Zhuo, former general manager of Shanghai Jahwa, Mr. Pan Yuexin, Honorary Partner of Jun He Law Office and Mr. Zhu Xiaobin, Co-founder and CEO of Leadership Beyond Boundaries, and more than 40 SUFE EMBA students signed up for the course. At the same time, College of Business, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics formally engaged Ge Wenyao and Wang Zhuo as honorary professors, and Prof. Sun Zheng, President of SUFE Academic Committee and Dean of College of Business awarded the engagement certificate to them respectively.
