A delegation from the Business School of Beijing Union University—including Dean Jiang Jingjing, Director of the Party and Administration Office Zhai Jing, and Director of International Accreditation Programs Yan Xiangyang—visited our college. COB Associate Dean Gao Weihe welcomed the guests. Xia Qingdong, Director of the Party Committee Office, and Liu Songge, Director  of International Exchange and Accreditation office, also attended the meeting.

COB Associate Dean Gao extended a warm welcome to the guests and provided a comprehensive overview of the COB’s historical development, disciplinary strengths, faculty team, academic programs, and achievements in international accreditation and rankings. He emphasized that College of Business of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics has long been committed to enhancing its international profile through global accreditations, thereby promoting innovation in discipline development and talent cultivation.

Dean Jiang Jingjing expressed her sincere appreciation for the warm reception and introduced the background of Beijing Union University and its Business School. She noted that the Business School is currently preparing for AACSB reaccreditation, and this visit serves as a valuable learning opportunity. She hopes to gain deeper insights into SUFE’s successful practices in international accreditation and global engagement to support the accreditation efforts at Beijing Union University.

The two parties then engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as building socially impactful academic brands, advancing discipline development through industry-academia integration, and refining talent training models.
