The College of Business of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (COB, SUFE) organized a special lecture themed "Integration of AI and Smart Platforms", inviting Ms./Mr. Tao Xuezhen, a seasoned expert in educational technology, and the Rain Classroom team to co-deliver the talk.

Centering on the core theme of "AI IDE Tools Empowering Teaching Document Workflows", Mr. Tao Xuezhen, drawing on years of teaching practice and technological R&D experience, systematically analyzed the implementation path of AI technology in teaching scenarios from theoretical frameworks and practical applications to quality control, delivering in-depth sharing that is both professional and practical to the faculty and staff present. She/He highlighted the core advantages of AI IDE tools in cross-document processing, context retention, and code execution, and demonstrated on-site how to improve the quality of AI output through the "CO-STAR Prompt Framework" and "Rule Engineering". For typical teaching scenarios, Ms./Mr. Tao emphasized the dual supervision of input and output; especially in process-oriented tasks such as data analysis, intermediate steps must be verified incrementally to ensure the accuracy and reliability of conclusions. In the multi-modal content generation session, Ms./Mr. Tao demonstrated how to integrate AI IDE with specialized tools to achieve seamless conversion from text to images, PPTs, and videos, constructing a complete AI workflow based on text and presented through multi-modality.

During the lecture, the Rain Classroom team focused on the construction path of "AI + Courses", systematically introducing key links such as knowledge base development, knowledge graph integration, and intelligent learning support system design. Through real teaching cases, they demonstrated the practical application of AI throughout the entire process of pre-class diagnosis, in-class interaction, and post-class extension, emphasizing how data-driven teaching design can effectively enhance students' learning experience and research capabilities.

In the interactive session, participating teachers engaged in lively discussions around specific issues regarding the application of AI in teaching management, curriculum development, and research empowerment. All participants agreed that the proficient use of AI technology is a powerful driver for expanding teaching boundaries and improving educational quality. Ms./Mr. Tao also reminded the audience that despite AI's strong capabilities, key facts must still be manually verified. Particularly in academic and teaching scenarios, the rational positioning of AI as an assistant and teachers as leaders should always be maintained.

This special lecture is an important initiative of the College to respond to the demands of educational development in the digital and intelligent era and support the professional development of faculty and staff. Moving forward, the College will continue to focus on cutting-edge educational technologies and methodologies, design more training activities with both theoretical depth and practical value around themes such as "AI + Teaching" and "Smart Platform Application", build a platform for faculty and staff to exchange ideas and learn from each other, promote the innovation and upgrading of teaching models across the College, and lay a solid foundation for cultivating high-quality talents who meet the needs of the new era.
